Have It Market is a curated online shop offering secondhand goods sourced, listed, and fulfilled directly by Brewer’s Estate Harmony. All items are pre-owned and sold as-is, with care taken to ensure they are clean, functional, and accurately described.

2. Purchasing & Payment

  • All purchases are processed securely through third-party providers such as Wix Payments, Square, PayPal, or other listed options.

  • By completing a transaction, you agree to pay the listed price and any applicable shipping or service fees.

  • Have It Market does not store or access your payment details. All payment data is managed by the respective payment processor.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are fulfilled by Have It Market and shipped within the timeframe stated on each product listing.

  • Local pickup and delivery options may be available and will be clearly outlined at checkout.

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on destination, item size, and delivery method.

  • Once shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

  • If an item arrives damaged or significantly not as described, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to request a resolution.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Item Condition & Disclaimer

  • All items are secondhand and may show signs of wear consistent with age and use.

  • While every effort is made to describe and photograph items accurately, minor imperfections may be present.

  • By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the nature of pre-owned goods.

  • Cosmetics & Personal Care Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, only unopened, unused beauty and personal care items are offered for resale. Any product that has been opened, tested, or used will not be listed. Buyers should note that resale items do not include the original manufacturer’s warranty or guarantee.

6. User Conduct
